Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Shoot Assistant who can independently manage end-to-end shoot preparation, on-ground execution, and post-shoot organization. This role requires strong attention to detail, quick decision-making, and a deep understanding of visual aesthetics for product and fashion shoots.

Requirements

Basic understanding of product photography / videography
Strong attention to detail (especially in styling and product handling)
Good sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling
Time management and coordination skills
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
Familiarity with flatlay and product shoot techniques is a plus

Responsibilities

Plan and execute shoots end-to-end by understanding concepts, preparing shot lists, and organizing products, props, and locations
Ensure high-quality shoot output by managing styling, lighting, framing, and capturing all required angles
Maintain product presentation standards (ironing, detailing, clean setup) throughout the shoot
Coordinate with photographers/videographers and take quick decisions when plans change
Handle shoot data efficiently including backup, transfer, and structured file organization
Independently manage shoot flow, ensuring all required content is captured as per references
