Requirements

- Confidence in speaking with clients and conducting follow-ups

- Familiarity with Google Meet, Zoom, email communication, and spreadsheets
- Strong observation, listening, and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn sales strategies and marketing trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or marketing is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram, email outreach, networking, and referrals
- Connect with startups, brands, and business owners to understand their marketing requirements
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the strategy team
- Present agency services and explain marketing solutions to potential clients
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain and update lead database, CRM, and sales reports
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential industries
- Coordinate internally with creative and marketing teams for smooth onboarding
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets
