Ad Campaign Specialist
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement paid advertising strategies on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads. • Create, manage and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation and conversions. • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis to refine ad strategies. • Design and test ad creatives, copies and landing pages in collaboration with the design and content teams. • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CPC, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.) with actionable insights. • Track budget allocation and ensure campaigns deliver optimal ROI. • Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, tools and platform updates to implement best practices. • A/B test ad formats, bidding strategies and targeting approaches to improve results. Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience (1–2 years) in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. • Strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, audience segmentation and conversion tracking. • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and other tracking tools. • Ability to analyze campaign data and generate meaningful reports. • Creative mindset to build compelling ad copies and visuals.
