Production Assistant
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: • Assist in managing and coordinating all activities during shoot days. • Organize and arrange the planned products required for each shoot. • Coordinate with clients and internal team to collect products, props or any other shoot-related requirements. • Ensure the availability and scheduling of models, photographers and cinematographers for the shoot. • Maintain clear communication between internal teams and external vendors. • Maintain records and documentation of shoot schedules, resource availability and deliverables. • Support the creative and marketing teams with any administrative requirements related to shoots or any assistance. Skills & Qualifications: • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Visual Communication is preferred. • Basic knowledge of cameras, product shoots or hands-on camera handling is an added advantage. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Flexible and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset. • Client management and coordination experience is a plus. • Prior experience in media, production or shoot coordination is a plus.
